Dublin North Skillnet 2010/2011 Training Needs Anaysis Available Now!

What is Dublin North Skillnet?

We are a group of private sector employers from North Dublin who share a common interest in up-skilling ourselves and our employees. We have secured significant funding from Skillnets Ltd to help us address our training needs. Not only is the training subsidised, we get to choose the training courses, trainers and location of our training.

The Dublin North Skillnet Network comprises of a diverse group of north Dublin companies from sectors as varied as manufacturing, hospitality, care, retail and catering. We range from one person companies through to large corporates. If you are a private north Dublin business then you qualify for memebership. Our only criteria is quite simply, that your business is committed to engage with other like minded businesses in subsidised training, upskilling and achiving best practice.

01 July 2009-Skillnet releases new calender for Q3 & Q4.

The Dublin North Skillnet has secured its funding for the remainder of the current program and is delighted to realese its calender for the rest of 2009. Please contact the Skillnet office for more information on any of these programs. The calender can be downloaded by following the link.

01 April 2009-Skillnet to launch new ECO Drive Program

The Dublin North Skillnet is currently developing a pioneering program in ECO Drive which can reduce costs significantly for companies who operate fleet vehicles of any type. If you operate fleet vehicles and would be interested driving the cost of running these vehicles down then contat the Skillnet office for details of how to get involved.

12 February 2009-Occupational First Aid Programs Sell Out

Dublin North Skillnet has sold out its two Occupatioan First Aid programs planned for Q1 in 2009. If you wish to register your interest for future dates of this popular funded course please contact the Skillnet office.

17 December 2008-Skillnet holds Annual Review

The Dublin North Skillnet held it's review of its highly successful first year in which more than 1000 days of training were delivered to employees of North Dublin Businesses. Members enjoyed a buffet and gave their input to the netorks plans for its second year.

12 September 2008-Dublin North Skillnet at Education Fair

The Dublin North Skillnet visited Ballymun Civic Centre to take part in the Education Fair aimed at encouraging adults to engage in education and training activities throughout their life.
